- Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with customers.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of these jobs, the employee is regularly exposed to conditions that are typical to a fast–paced environment, including: moving equipment and machinery, dusty, hot/humid, and cold conditions; employee must be willing to work in all weather conditions, at heights, in precarious places; in the presence of airborne particles.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum age of 23 years old
Class A driver’s license in good standing

Greenwood, IN

Compensation

Average annual pay: $75,000
- $26.45 per hour. If you work on the weekends, you’ll earn an additional $1.00/hour.
- Overtime available after 40 hours worked
- 45-50 hours per week on average
Bonuses include:
- $1,000 Referral Bonus
- $2,000 Sign-on Bonus (paid in 2 installments)
Paid via direct deposit weekly

Albuquerque, NM

Compensation

Average annual pay: $60,000 – $70,000
- Daily route pay starts at $255 per day
- 45-50 hours per week on average
- Time and 1/2 paid for working company holidays
Bonuses include:
- $1,000 Referral Bonus
- $1,000 Sign-on Bonus (paid in 5 installments over the first year)
Paid via direct deposit weekly

All Drivers: Qualifications

Drivers must have CDL A license
Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
Must be able to frequently lift/handle cases ranging from 5-50 pounds.
No DUI/DWIs in last 10 years
Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
Greenwood, IN Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 45 minutes of driving distance/30 miles to Greenwood or be willing to relocate for this position
Albuquerque, NM Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 45 minutes of driving distance/30 miles to Albuquerque or be willing to relocate for this position
