Compensation

  • $0.48 start for all driver with 5 years verifiable experience and .02 CPM increase after 6 months with an average of 1,800-2,500 miles weekly
    • Average gross weekly pay: $1,200. Average gross pay: $52,000-$53,000
    • Guaranteed pay $150 a day that your available for dispatch.
    • All miles paid, loaded and unloaded
  • Additional Pay: Layover pay ($150 per day), Extra Stop Pay ($25 per stop)

  • Safety Bonus based on hub miles for no DOT safety violations, accidents and no log violations

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a heavy truck
  • Previous boom experience is a plus (will train if needed)
  • Must get articulating crane certified which we will provide
  • Properly process paperwork
  • Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
  • Inspect truck before and after trip

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have CDL A or B license
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in truck driving or other related fields
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong work ethic
  • Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 25 miles of Frazer, PA or be willing to relocate for this position

Solo Drivers Compensation & Benefits

  • Average weekly pay: $1,200 based upon an average 2,800 – 3,000 weekly run miles
    • Drivers yearly earning potential $50,000 – $60,000

  • Drivers earn $65,000 – $80,000 potential based on how you choose to run
  • Trip Pay is constructed of 3 components:
    • Base Pay – CPM based on driver’s experience.
      • We pay hub miles, door to door speedometer miles above the transportation industry standard of practical miles or zip code miles, allowing you to earn 10-15% more miles per trip!
      • All miles paid loaded or empty
    • Freight – based on ’53 ft trailer that holds 2800 cube space, drivers get paid $0.08 per driver for every cube space hauled per trip
    • Stops – with an average of 15 stops per trip, paid at $4.00 per driver per stop

Requirements

  • Must be at least 23 years of age
  • Must have CDL A license
  • Solo Drivers: Must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer OTR driving experience
  • Team Drivers: Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
  • The company does have a training program for new CDL grads
  • No DUI/DWIs or reckless driving charges in last 3 years
  • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
