Beth Potratz brings more than 20 years of experience driving enterprise-wide changes through the creation and implementation of human resources strategies. Her straightforward, no-nonsense approach has resulted in longstanding relationships with clients who value her dependability, creativity and commitment to excellence.
With a deep background in HR, Beth has served in senior positions in human resources, talent management and change integration for organizations such as Helene Curtis, Rockwell Automation and Unilever. She earned a master of labor relations and human resources from Cleveland State University and a bachelor of arts in organizational communication from Loyola University of Chicago.
