Salary, Benefits, and Home Time

  • Must have CDL Class B or higher with tankers and hazmat endorsements.

Position Details:

  • An average hourly rate of $20/hour with the opportunity to earn safety bonuses
  • Runs are 75% local with some overnights, around 300 miles from Shelbyville
  • The schedule is Monday through Friday with some weekends.

Compensation

Company Drivers

  • Base starting at $ 0.55 CPM practical miles with an average of 2,800 miles weekly
    • An annual raise increase of $.01 CPM up to $.60 CPM

    • Additional Pay: Detention pay ($15), Layover pay ($150 per day), Progressive Extra Stop Pay starting at $25 for second stop and $10 addition thereafter up to $50.

Qualifications for Company Drivers and Owner Operators

  • Must be at least 23 years of age
  • Must have CDL A license
  • Must have a minimum of 1 years verifiable OTR tractor-trailer driving experience
  • No DUI/DWIs or reckless driving charges in last 5 years
  • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
  • Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen and a new DOT physical
