These are dedicated routes that will include dry, no-touch freight with some drop & hook, in the Midwest.

MNS1 Express is hiring CDL A Dedicated Dry Van Driver in Holiday City, OH and Columbus/Cincinnati, OH.
Compensation
- Average weekly pay: $1,680 gross per week
- Base $.58 CPM practical miles with an average of 2,500 – 3,000 per week
- Base includes $.10 per diem for tax benefits
- All miles paid, loaded and unloaded
- Additional Pay:
- Detention Pay: ($15/hour after 2 hours)
- Breakdown Pay: $100
- Bonuses:
- Safety and Performance Bonus: $.02 CPM paid monthly on all miles driven, as long as all safety criteria are met
- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100, $125, $150 per inspection
- Driver Referral Bonus: $1,000; $500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days
- Paid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Routes & Schedule
- Home Time: Home every weekend!
- Schedule: Monday – Friday or Saturday morning (on occasion);
- Holiday City Route: Pre-planned routes. Dedicated freight originating from Holiday City, OH, 3,000 miles round trip
- Columbus/Cincinnati Route: Pre-planned routes. Dedicated freight originating from Columbus or Cincinnati, OH area, 3,000 miles round trip
- Level of Touch: No touch, some drop and hook
Local & Regional Equipment
- Late model 2019 or newer Freightliner Cascadias
- All automatic transmissions with a fridge, APU, inverter, dinette
- Governed speed: 70 mph
- Outward facing cameras
- No slip seating
Qualifications
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- Drivers must have a valid CDL A license
- Must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with at least 1 year being within last 24 months
- Must be capable of driving extended periods of time, up to the maximum allowable times, safely, under a variety of conditions, including night driving
- No DUI/DWIs or reckless driving charges in the last 5 years
- No more than 1 preventable DOT-reportable accident
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
- Hiring Radius: within 50 miles of Holiday City, OH
- Hiring Radius: within 90 miles of Wilmington, OH
